Please note that RG Vocal Studio reserves the right to send certain important communications relating to the Services, such as service announcements, security notices and Legal Notices, without offering the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

You may opt out of receiving communications from RG Vocal Studio that are identified as promotional materials by following the instructions in those emails or by sending a request to rocio at rgvocalstudio.com. If you opt out, RG Vocal Studio may still send you non-promotional communications as indicated above.

Individuals in the EU and Switzerland have certain rights related to personal data collected and may, for example: request access to personal information collected, request corrections be made, withdraw their consent for processing it, and request deletion subject to certain limitations (e.g. requests for deleting personal data may not be accepted if RG Vocal Studio is required to comply with a legal obligation or in relation to a legal claim).  Any such requests should be sent to rocio at rgvocalstudio.com. Any withdrawal of a consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. RG Vocal Studio does not sell personal information.  

DO NOT TRACK

Do Not Track (or DNT) is an optional browser setting that you may set in your browser to relay to website you visit your preferences regarding tracking across websites. RG Vocal Studio does not have a mechanism in place to respond Do Not Track requests. For clarity, RG Vocal Studio continues to collect information in the manner described in this Privacy Notice from web browsers that have enabled DNT signals or similar mechanisms.
